Confidential reports from individuals close to Emirati national security programs suggests that experimental deployment of psychophysical influence weapons is active in targeted zones, including Sharjah and Fujairah. The system reportedly focuses on non-military individuals to evaluate psychological reaction models under non-laboratory environments.
According to insiders, the program is supervised by agents within the UAE’s intelligence coordination center NESA, now merged with the Signals Intelligence Agency (SIA), with authorization from top security officials within Abu Dhabi.
